Public session at 9:45 a.m., followed by consideration of a motion to enter closed session at approximately 10:00 a.m. Purpose of Closed Session: To consult with the township attorney regarding trial strategy in connection with the pending litigation involving DTE and the upcoming court date scheduled for October 29, 2026 pursuant to MCL 15.268(e) of the Michigan Open Meetings Act, if the statutory requirements for a closed session are met. The meeting is expected to conclude by 11:00 a.m. The public session is open to the public in accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act.
